I honestly dislike people who votes down just because they know more than others....
Vote up for whoever does something
Vote down for whoever is trying to been arrogant, copying others, slandering, cursing, being nasty, etc.
Up for all whomever contributes :)
Down for all whomever vote down others with the arrogance.
