This is a sample of the form I suggest:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَمَلَائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ۚ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا
Sahih International Translation
Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels [ask Him to do so]. O you who have believed, ask [ Allah to confer] blessing upon him and ask [ Allah to grant him] peace.
Which turns out to have (in order):
- The Arabic text of the Aya(t).
- The name of the Translation that will follow.
- The translation of the Aya(t).
- The Surat name:Ayat Number, linked to the source of the quotation itself.
This is the form, just copy/paste it and fill the gaps and it should work:
> <Arabic Text goes here>
> *<Translation name goes here> Translation*
> <Translation goes here>
> [[<Surat name goes here>:<Ayat Number goes here>]](<Link to source goes here>)
